I Provide legal opinion on all property related documents, legal vetting on all kinds of charge documents on a regular basis as well as attending court for filing suits, legal proceedings and follow up cases. I had to Correspondence with Panel Lawyers and maintain proper relationship to ensure smooth operation. Monitor cases and update the Management/Board regarding progress.
I also Prepared Office Note/Memo, summon notice/Auction Notice/Other Notices and other drafts of legal matters as and when required.
As a Banker, I also providing general banking service of banks
My key roles and responsibilities as follows:
1) Drafting and reviewing all sorts of land documents including but not limited to loan agreements, lease agreements
2) Ensure proper vetting of immovable properties offered as security, genuineness checking of the same
3) Cross check external legal opinion in line with internal and regulatory framework, as and when required
4) Provide legal opinion on various issues of the bank i.e. credit, compliance, HR related issues etc.
5) Review ongoing cases and update the management accordingly
6) Check documentations against all loans and advances under suits

LLM, or Master of Laws, is a graduate qualification in the field of law. The LLM was created for lawyers to expand their knowledge, study a specialized area of law, and gain international qualifications. From my Master’s degree in law, i have acquired knowledge regarding Civil law, criminal law, company law etc & their implications and it hepled to me get my adovcay licence from Bangladesh Bar Council.
