has been founded with the aim of innovation and creativity in designing and
manufacturing of Electronic systems. The company's main focus is on the design and manufacturing of LED
lighting and visualization system such as LED screens, billboards and sign boards. One of company aims is to
customize the LED screens based on customer needs and requirements. The company has specialized lab &
facility to design and manufacture the electronic and mechanical parts of products.
is the world’s largest mobile network equipment vendor. It is serving over 32 telecommunications
operators including 45 of the world’s top 50 operators. I have worked as signaling product leader for 5 years and
more than one year as service solution manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible to the overall service target of the key account including sales order, market goals, revenue,
and profit.
Determine long term business directions via account market planning by aligning with operator’s
business plan.
Through cooperation with operator, identify customer pain points and requirements; find out specific
service sales lead.
Drive realization of integrated customized service solution; be responsible for the quality,
competitiveness, deliverability, and profitability of the solution.
Organize & join project operation, discover risk and issues, put forward the project progress and comply
with sales process.
Main Achievements:
Accomplished more than 26 service sales orders for Network Integration Services and Managed
Services business units for MTNIrancell key account department.
Technical presentations and participation in technical discussions with customers.
Signaling Network Planning, Performance Analysis and Optimization.
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports on Signaling Network project performance to
managers and customers.
Supervision of hardware installations and carry out commissioning and integration of STP with other
Core Network products such as MSS, MGW, HLR, etc.
Perform test activities from stand-along test, integration test to acceptance test of Core Network
elements.
Main Achievements:
Accomplished the Signaling Gateway hardware & software implementation, integration/interconnection
with the whole core network elements in MTNIrancell core network swap project from Nokia to Huawei.
Implemented the Flexible Number Routing (FNR) function of Signaling Gateway in MTNIrancell project.
Software Upgrade and Hardware expansion in Tehran, Tabriz and Isfahan for MTNIrancell project.
Accomplished the Telecommunication Infra-structure Company (TIC) national Standalone Signaling
Transfer Point (SSTP) project in eight cities.
Accomplished the new Signaling Gateway implementation, integration and interconnection with current
live network for MTNIrancell in Ahwaz and Mashhad cities.
Accomplished the design, deployment and integration of two new STPs in Beheshti and Rahahan sites in
Tehran for MCCI Core Modernization project.
Accomplished the design, deployment, integration and optimization of six new STPs in Tabriz, Isfahan,
Mashhad, Shiraz, Hamedan and Ahwaz sites for MCCI Core Modernization project.
