Working as short term research consultant for ‘Inclusive Media Pakistan: Responsible and Objective Journalism to promote tolerance’.
Worked with CSJ as Project Coordinator on IECCO funded ‘Everyone Counts’ census project. My
responsibilities here include to monitoring and evaluation of project activities. Donor reporting, press briefings and networking with stakeholders. Also, assisting on a research study ‘Materializing protection of religious minorities in Pakistan on Supreme Court order June, 2014’.

This USAID funded project was to build capacity of the local NGOs, CBOs and CSOs in terms of proposal development through a process of trainings and provision of technical assistance. I was responsible for developing and refining training manuals and proposals.

The project was focused on rehabilitating shelters for flood affected people of Muzaffargarh and Rajan Pur. It was a Caritas-Germany funded project.
While working with Caritas Pakistan, Multan I was responsible for smooth implementation of these projects in field areas as well as managing a system of the project that include key project reporting and learning documents, M&E tools, tracking and reporting forms, monitoring reports, proposals, donor requirements and reports, evaluations and other program information.
Developing tools and processes for project activities when new activities are added to the project, according to the project objectives and the organizational objectives.
During this course of time, I was also engaged in capacity building initiatives as and when required.

The project was funded by DFID and managed by Consortium of British Humanitarian Agencies (CBHA) . Caritas was partner of Care International in this project. This project also focused on Cash for work and was implemented in flood affected areas of Muzaffargarh and Rajan Pur.

April 2010 to September 2010 Worked as Field Officer with Farmers Development Organization (FDO) in USAID funded 'Creating Jobs for Youth' project. My major responsibility here was to develop curriculum for jobs creation, identify jobs opportunities and linking qualified youth with those opportunities and reporting of the project activities.
