Program name: Baseline Knowledge Attitude and Practices Survey on Immunization.
Designation;
Worked with JICA-CHIP for two months in Baseline Knowledge Attitude and Practices Survey on Immunization’ in three districts Manshera, Nowshera and Laki Marwat of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan as per the following responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Participated in a survey-training workshop and comprehend the survey design, tools and techniques and questions and other requirements such as sample size, respondents’ type and ethical considerations such as consent process etc.
Reviewed and refined survey tools and conduct pre test of survey tools
Extended support in finalization of baseline KAP tools
Collected information through both quantitative and qualitative methods as per requirements of survey design and guidelines of survey supervisor
Complete documentation and submission of survey.
Participated in reflection and team meetings.
Reviewed final analysis and report and share comments as per field experiences
