• Specialized in the maintenance and troubleshooting of 25+ different medical diagnostic equipment like clinical chemistry, hematology, ELISA( Dynex Technologies DS2, DSX) and biological safety cabinets.

•Worked on Celsis Rapid Sterility Testing instruments for pharmaceutical manufacturing clients Colgate Palmolive, P&G and Unilever.
•Developed CMMS software and transformed all the maintenance services to automated.
•Support to the clients and customers to meet the metrics. Also responsible for handling escalated calls and research of the unresolved/escalated issues through phone support.

•Prepare technical documents using Microsoft Office and other programs to satisfy the customer need.
•Handling of issues related to computers both application and hardware support.
•Maintaining all hardware-related issues like installing and troubleshooting of components and accessories.
