Implement and report on Water & Sanitation project:
- Setting up the programs, taking into account the Planning of the program, the budget, and the logistical and administrative process
- Quality of the programs established in conformity with the technical and project management standards, and the sphere standard.
- Working and following up with the construction team to Identify the technical constraints associated with the implementation of the projects.
- Responsible for assuring safety measures on the field for both the teams and the wider population (building sites, community based sites …)
- Supervising the programs, by means of internal Progress Reports, monitoring tools, regular presence in the field, maintenance of a timeline, monthly review of the budget.
- Working with project’s, the issues involved, follow up, Planning and Site progress Report; retaining printed copies of all funding agency contractual documents; sharing all such information with the teams.
- Working on Budget monthly follow up, Budget forecast, project budget follow up, hold Purchasing follow up meeting with Purchasing Department to make sure the purchasing process in following the project planning and any related changes.
- Maintaining the profile of the funding agency on the project sites, & preparing in time to meet deadlines of external and internal reports relating to the projects.
- Promoting and taking part in the evaluation of the impact of the project, and contributing to improvement of quality (internal evaluation and joint visits)
- Working on future projects proposals, Logistics Department on projects quotations and costing, and purchasing plan, setting planning & schedules.
- Presenting ACF in meeting with Ministry of water & irrigation.
Participate in the coordination, representation and partnerships of ACF :
- Participation in visits by funding bodies whenever requested.
- Coordination of activities with other sectors and departments of ACF in order to ensure rational use of resources and optimum integration
- Representing ACF and ensuring coordination with partners, the authorities, agencies of the United Nations and NGOs in the sector.
- Contributing to the process of selecting partners, formalizing partnerships and enhancing their capabilities.
Supervise and manage the team:
- Determining size and recruitment of the team.
- Team management (leadership, monitoring, motivation) Evaluation of team.
Participate in ACF WASH overall strategy in Jordan :
- Participate in WASH sector and WASH working group in the area, and take part at related Task force, and attending the WASH vulnerability workshop organized by donors, or other NGOs.
- Following up with the WASH response plan for Jordan and link between areas of WASH vulnerability and water and sanitation infrastructure rehabilitation and support needs, in order to address the core of WASH needs.
- Present ACF in the MOWI in related meeting to the above points.
Design Site coordination:
- To participate in monitoring Site activity and modification according to design, regarding piping connections and routing, and connection with equipment, pipe supports and others, to coordinate design activity as per to project priorities and ongoing site activities, follow up with the design BOQ purchasing Process and review suppliers offers and specification to match with project requirements and Drawings.
Follow up of the specification and procurement:
- Definition of the needs and technical specification for procurement such Pipes and fittings, and
- Pipe supports material, paint for pipes, thermal isolation, corrosion protection etc.
- Prepare related Material Technical Specification following standards and project’s guide lines.
- Follow up of the Bill of Quantity such as pipe supports material, piping and fittings, tracking site
And design modification during construction, to avoid material shortage.
Suppliers Relations:
- Coordination with suppliers regarding design and equipment received
- Participation of the equipment's inspection when delivered on site
- Coordination of suppliers' interventions on site for the Mechanical Part: taking measures, assisting
The erection supervision and commissioning.
Follow up engineering documentation on Site:
- Follow up the Masters Design Plans in order to prepare the As Built
- Follow up material Quality reports and documents from the supplier and verify the status based on
The Standard for the related Equipment
Operation & Maintenance Coordination:
- Follow up the refurbishment and ties-ins studies
- Follow up of the spare parts list for the 2 years of guarantee
Site Support:
- Follow up of the technical documentation for the erection team.
- Action plan for Equipment punch list with both the supplier and the construction Dep
- Construction Progress for Piping fitting and support, based on construction Dep daily report and
- Connect the progress to the Procurement progress and Project over all Planning to contribute in determine points of delay, if any, and the causes.
Assisting the Project Manage
- Working Project manager to present design Reports of 2 Projects presented to Ministry of Water and Irrigation.
- Coordinate with project department (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) to meet the MoWI standard and requirement.
- Present the company in meetings with MoWI .
- Key Holder of piping system design, and P&ID, in charge of design follow up and technical details.
- Coordination with purchasing department on projects costing and purchasing plan.
- Follow up with Equipment specification.
- Working on projects piping and fittings specifications.
- Follow and present the project BOQ, and estimated material cost.
- Working on projects cost estimation, planning and implementation scheduling.
Water network design and rehabilitation:
- Water network Routing and layout, pipeline design including Head loss control, pressure pipes specification and material and designation, connection with pumps and valves design the related pumps and valves specification criteria and operating process.
- Determine network operation methods following water quantities available at related water resources, service area size and population condensation, area consumption category such as domestic, industrial area...etc
Prepare the Design Report :
- Pipe Network General Layout
- Design Criteria
- Operation Method
- Network BOQ and cost analysis for the related elements to operate and control the network.
- Technical Specification for related Network Elements such as piping and fitting, pumps and valves.
Sales representative at Visiosight, business development and solutions.

in this position I have gained the necessary skills for sales position, how to reach out for a client, how to capture the client attention with service /product, handling corresponding with clients and answering their questions, prepare proposals and quotes, closing deals, follow up with costumers.
i work on structures design houses and complex ...etc, using prokon computer program as well some Architects work using Autocad,
and preparing structural notes
quantities schedules, specification .
i also worked at the site on construction supervision.
