Conduct due diligence reviews including with corporately used tools such as the UN Partner Portal, ensuring Cooperating Partner (CP) data is accurate and validated with stakeholders and that misrepresentation of partnership data is flagged/escalated to relevant focal points in a timely manner. Following up
with CPs including sharing comments/requirements on the UNPP profile and
support in inquiries regarding the UNPP platform.

Support the contracting and FLA team with all aspects of project proposal
and budget review including ensuring that all costs allocation and caseloads
are in terms with WFP’s CO policies. Also, support with Cooperating Partner
Committee (CPC) meetings and drafting of NFRs and finalizing process
approval process. Furthermore, support in drafting FLAs, amendments, letters
of intent, and extensions; finalizing the approval process of contracts.

Support the development and implementation of enhanced partnership risk
management tools, including developing and implementing a Country Office
(CO) spot check tool to support the performance and risk management of
WFP partners

Support in coordination with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that partners
performance assessments/evaluations tools are reviewed and executed at
the end of the FLA and before new FLAs are renegotiated and send to WFP
AO the CP evaluation form to assign the relevant sections scoring after
extensive discussion with the CPs. Support in evaluating the sections under
the responsibility of partnership and verify that all AOs sections are
completed and consolidate all inputs into one master document. Facilitating
the process of initiating, reviewing and sharing improvement plans with CPs
and relevant units and archiving approved record.

Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for
managing the risk and compliance process in the unit, including criteria for
conducting risk and compliance missions, training materials and modules,
etc. and In coordination with the Risk & Compliance Advisor conducts
Cooperating Partner fraud risk assessments for high-risk process areas or for
new/innovative activities and initiatives. Review operational and strategic
partnership agreements between WFP and Yemen line ministries or other
national institutions to ensure coherence and compliance with provisions of
WFP’s Country Strategic Plan, WFP regulations and rules, and prevailing
programme objectives.

Prepare, follow up, and update the Partnership Cycle:
Self-Assessment Tool to ensure the processes are compliant with the NGO
corporate guidance.
