Responsible for back-end system development, customization and maintenance i.e.
-Identifying, collecting and analyzing user requirements
-Designing solutions based on the business requirements
-Developing the code
-Testing the code
-Deploying and maintaining programs
-Ensuring system availability to the users
-Enhancing system efficiency
Also responsible for writing and maintaining technical and non-technical documentation and user training. In addition to the responsibility of installing and administrating the sms gateway as well as sending bulk sms messages. Part of the job is to design business processes and re-engineer existing processes to cater for business needs. Moreover, I play the business analyst role in my team where I act as the link between the business users and the technical members in my team in all the business and IT projects.
