The job included the following:

• Managing and supervising the architectural staff team.
• manage multiple projects ensuring all contractual, financial, engineering, quality and health & safety standards are achieved.
• Scrutinize contract and engineering documents and make the top managerial level be aware of any onerous terms.
• Make sure that all contracts to be professionally managed using up to date methods, tools and Organization available systems.
• Coordination and revision of all types of architectural drawings.
• Revision and control of execution drawings, and make sure of the compatibility between the different involved disciplines.
• Approve material samples and the execution methods.
• Revision of the variation orders issued by the contractor and make sure that it fits the contract document.
• Preparing the design & art work evaluation reports.
• Developing color and material use.
• Participating in the preparation of tender document ( preliminary design, technical specification, tendering procedure - bid evaluation, contract preparation and negotiation )
• Participating in the preparation of bids (technical and financial evaluation reports) through membership or presidency of the appointed committee
• Member of the decision making high committee regarding all the technical & financial issues.
• Preparation of all the design works including landscape, site re- instatement and interior design works.
• Preparation of T.O.R for different types of engineering projects.
