Strategic Duties:
• Participate in developing and formulating strategic objectives of the Foundation.
• Prepare plans and policies for Business Development and Partnership aligned with Foundations vision, mission and goals.
• Identify new opportunities, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing target audience, or new offerings to better meet needs of existing target audience, exploit those opportunities to bring additional revenue.
• Submit recommendations to direct supervisor of techniques to improve Business Development and Partnership workflow within the Foundation.
• Maintain successful relationship with the partners through follow-up and relationship building. Technical and Executive Duties:
• Generate new leads with the aim of creating and improving return on investment by creating modern techniques and profitable new ideas.
• Work with marketing to identify new opportunities, develop suitable marketing materials, manage relationships and create growth.
• Develop feasibility studies and timelines for future projects.
• Use media and various market sector reports to identify market trends and, potentially, new opportunities.
• Research new partner organizations and, where possible the individual partners.
• Create long-term relationships to deliver long-term benefits to the Foundation, by creating new opportunities and relationships, nurture the contacts through organizing regular update meetings and calls.
• Prepare and make presentations about the foundations and or more specific presentations (proposals) focusing on particular products or ideas.
• Present and seek opportunities to speak at industry conferences or other relevant business focused events.
• Identify events, such as conferences and exhibitions, at which the Foundation should have a presence and share with relevant program portfolio Directors or leadership.
• Support and advise managers in Business development techniques.
• Undertake all work-related duties requested by direct supervisor.
