A. Vigilance of the field / Team Management
• Responsible to assign task, work activities and supervise a team of supervisors, Security Guards, Lady Guards and Life Guards ensure all subordinates functioning as per the post requirement.
A. Supervising Documenting / Recording Information / Inspection / Investigation / Cause Report
• Responsible to ensure recording of all occurrences, maintenance of log book, periodic reporting of security status to Control Office daily, Review and edit incident reports of subordinate for completeness and accuracy, prepare monthly report site wise for submission to the client and other report as per the operations need .
A. Communication and Coordination
• Mentor and explain rules, policies or regulations of the premises through the post orders to the security staff under the direct control. Supervise and continue regular communication with security updates to the line manager with follow up. Develop and maintain positive relation with the clients / contractors and local law enforcement, meet clients once in a week as per SLA.
A. Safety and Alarms
• Supervise the team to implement all safety regulations as per the site instructions, develop and implement measures relating to accident, incident and other risk. Must respond to all security concerns from client and company personnel. Never leave the shift unattended without a reliever and approval of site in charge.
Ensuring that all security are assigned to a gate and that they understand their duties and responsibilities.
•Ensuring the safe and proper operation going at port yards loading offloading at port yards .
•Ensuring the safe and proper workers are following roll and regulation PPE .
•Monitoring police radio nets and alarm indicators all warehouse, ensuring expeditious response of field units with coordinate with CCTV.

•Provide security staff with list of duties at the beginning of each shift
•Educate staff to ensure that they deal with adverse situations in a calm and effective manner
•Teach new hires as security staff and train them in learning the ropes
•Establish priorities of security patrols and ensure that staff adheres to them
•Provide visitors with helpful advice to ensure their security
•Ensure that unauthorized personnel are not granted access to a premise
•Provide support in emergency and evacuation services by guiding people to take certain routes to ensure their safety
•Guide security staff to act appropriately during emergency situations
•Respond immediately to alarm system activations and perform checks in areas of concern
•Ensure that all CCTVs around the building are efficiently installed and sensitively monitored
•Conduct property searches on a regular basis
•Ensure effective maintenance and control of security equipment and key
•Conduct security administration such as issuance of visitors’ badges and wrist bands
•Respond to requests of removing vagrants from property and ensure that any suspicious activity is investigated immediately
•Maintain logs of ins and outs of customers, visitors and employees from a building
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
•Operate and monitor all systems within the control room in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with security operating procedure.
•liaise with the police, service providers and internal concerned departments to ensure that appropriate use of the system.
•Include all evidential records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the rules of evidence.
•Record all events and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written occurrence book supported by the dedicated port standards format.
•Provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquires.
•Report equipment failure to the security supervisor to maximize operation of the system.
