The Team Leader position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

•Responsible for assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annually).
•Maintaining relationship with target customers, customer service, ensuring high rate of return on investment, sales support and sales.
•Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
•Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners.
•Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
•Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
•Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.
•Provide any training that team members need.
•Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
•Listen to team members' feedback.
•Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.
•Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
•Communicate clear instructions to team members.

• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
• Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
• Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
