Responsible in processing all related documents in line with company licenses as well as renewals (RAKIA, Economic, Chamber of Commerce, Immigration, Police Traffic, Civil defense and others)
Responsible in processing Certificate of Origin in Chamber of Commerce for exports
Responsible in processing all related documents with employment/residence visa (employment contract, medical tests, national ID`s and others).
Responsible in processing visas in countries like KSA and Europe (Schengen and UK Visa).
Assist employees with passport renewal and other documents like clearances.
Assist HR/Admin department on all company events.
Assist finance department in bank documents like new bank signatory.
Responsible in staff accommodation (set-up, maintenance, Contracts, weekly inspection and others).
Responsible in translating documents from English to Arabic for duty exemption invoices and others.
Responsible in arranging errand schedules requested from other departments.
Very active in case of Emergencies (either to employee or to company).
Etisalat related tasks (billings, follow ups, etc.)
FEWA related jobs (emergency, billings, etc.)
Assisting employees for all non-company related legalities (passport renewals, family sponsorship, etc.)
Assists in preparing monthly payroll
Monitors employees’ leave, ticket and gratuity entitlement
Assists in renewal of car insurances, medical health insurance, life and employers liability insurances of the employees
Company car processes (quotations for new cars, fines, registrations, maintenance, repairs, accidents, etc.)
Reports all car incidents to the Insurance company for the repairs to be done
Contact person for maintenance, repairs, inspections
Supports Disciplinary actions
Reports all building issues and follow ups (includes actual checking of the areas)
Performs other task that may be assigned.

• Processing of visas - local and international and all other visa required jobs (renewals, changes)

• Maintains filing system

• Basic translations into Arabic
Company Transportation
• Company car processes (quotations for new cars, fines, registrations, maintenance, repairs, accidents, etc.)
• Reports all car incidents to the Insurance company for the repairs to be done
• Arrange the transportation schedules of office and production(via Nehal Transport)
Arranging customer deliveries
Purchase orders for items needed in restaurant
Making reconciliations between cash and the amount in the Pizza Hut system
Checking main reasons for cancelled orders
Conduct weekly meeting for information update to all staffs
Arrange general monthly meeting for all sales achieved and target on the next month
