Primarily this includes working with project managers and project quality managers to ensure;
The Corporate Enterprise Management Systems (EMS) is implemented and compliant with Company requirements.
Preparation of Project Quality Plans.
Provide training for project and quality personnel.
Perform regular assessments and audits of all aspects of project delivery including project initiation and management, engineering delivery, procurement, project controls and commercial status.
Participate in monthly commercial review of all major projects to ensure commercial due diligence is in place and identified deviations or issues have a documented action plan to address.
Effective implementation of improvement programs throughout the organization
Effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and inspections.
Effective implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities.
Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action and the lessons learnt program.
Effective implementation of a risk based process concerning the Company business interests and project operations in Saudi Arabia.
Effective implementation of management review programs.
Effective planning and participation in audits performed by the certification authority (Lloyds) or the Customer.
Effective development and communication of quality strategies and objectives within the organization.
Maintaining the Customer satisfaction improvement program.

Quality Management
Work with the Regional Quality Manager and the Location’s Management Team to ensure:
Location, Joint Venture and Project Management Systems are implemented in compliance with the requirements of the WorleyParsons Project Management Process (WPMP) and Enterprise Management System (EMS) consistent with specific location, regulatory and contractual requirements.
Personnel are suitably trained to access and apply internal Quality (EMS) and Project (WPMP) systems.
Effectiveness of quality planning to ensure that process controls and prerequisite product and service verification and inspection arrangements are established for each proposal/project consistent with criticality, statutory and contractual obligations.
Effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and inspection activities.
Effective implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities.
Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
Establishment of an effective risk based audit programs. Perform quality audits that address ISO 9001 requirements including covering technical requirements of the engineering, procurement and construction aspects of project delivery.
Effectiveness of project and location management review programs including collection analysis and reporting of Key Performance Measures aligned to the company mission and differentiators.
Participate in monthly commercial review of all major projects to ensure commercial due diligence is in place in accordance with corporate requirements.
HSE Management
Develop and implement the Company HSE Management System.
Develop and implement location specific procedures concerning safety, health and environmental matters.
Develop and promote HSE awareness programs to encourage improved safety awareness throughout the location.
Conduct surveys, audits and investigations of HSE issues.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with regulatory bodies, clients and contemporaries to foster the professional image of the organization.
Ensure HSE inductions are undertaken in accordance with location management system requirements for all new employees of the company and its subcontractors and clients (as applicable).
Pro-actively visit sites and implement HSE measures-promote/ensure safe work practices

•Develop a quality management system in accordance with API Q1, API 6D pipeline valves, API 600 steel gate valves and API 5CT casing and tubing for new established oil & gas equipment manufacturing division as well as the existing business which include manufacturing of components, assembly and testing of API 610 pumps.
•Assessment of local and overseas subcontractors in accordance with company and customer (Saudi Aramco) requirements for approval and for follow up after job awarding using quality plans and inspection and test plans ITPs.
•Review and analyze customer complains and customer non conformities for taking the proper corrective actions for customer, specifications and system compliance.
•Manage all other QA/QC activities as, but not limited to, receiving, in-process and final inspection, internal and external quality audits, establishment of quality objectives & KPIs, calibration of measuring devices, planning for new jobs, pre qualification packages, quality documentation packages should be handed over to customer and special process (NDE, WPS, PQR, WQR),
•Liaison with external parties on matters relating to quality management system certifications ISO, API…etc.
•Direct/manage quality functions and assist with problems to maintain work flow for manufacturing, refurbishment and testing of oil & gas pipeline valves, wellhead and Christmas trees equipment in accordance with ISO 9001 & API Q1 quality System and related code & standards API, ASME, ASTM, ASNT, NACE, … etc.
•Under general direction, review client specifications on new work and establish / implement quality plans and Inspection and test plans for manufacturing and fabrication projects which include, but not limited to, reviewing of purchase orders, suppliers evaluation and inspection, in house receiving, in-process and final inspection and coordination with third parties / client representatives for witness of tests / review of project quality and release documents.
•Renewal of API Q1 (6A, 6D, 16A) accreditation and obtained ISO 9001:2000 accreditation for the quality system.
•Assist in development of project Welding Procedure specification (WPS), Welder Performance Qualification tests and review it with clients and TPI for approval.

•Ras Laffan LNG Expansion Project - train 3, 4, 5 and 6 steel structural fabrication and pressure vessels.
•Responsible for performance of required examination or tests during receiving, in-process, and final inspection which include all fabrication and welding operations according to Welding Procedure specification (WPS), heat treatment, and final identification and marking according to ASME code for Power Plant Water tube boiler, Fire tube boiler, Pressure vessel, and Tanks.
•Responsible for all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities.
•Renewal of ASME Stamp (S, U, PP, and R) accreditation and obtained ISO 9001 accreditation for the quality system.
