The Islamic Teacher Education Program is an online certificate comprising of three modules: Purpose and Pedagogy - the purpose of Islamic Education, putting vision into practice, and developing teaching practice. Curriculum Content and Design - curriculum integration of values from Islam into school curricula and making curriculum relevant and personal to the lives of young Muslims. Principles of Islamic Pedagogy - understanding Prophetic pedagogy, developing a personal philosophy of teaching, and, innovative approaches to classroom management.
