• Implements training and development programs and initiatives.
• Monitors employees’ learning activities and career progression as necessary.
• Works with employees and departments to identify training that meets chosen career path.

• Collects data from training sessions & enters training data into system.\Monitor the career development plan for Qatari employee.
• Arrange all in-house training and related Activities.
• Manage the relation with universities and students and monitor the scholarship programs.

• Arranging interviews both locally and from overseas. (Review candidate's details to ensure that the qualification and experiences are relevant to the Job Description).
• Preparing required reports related to Manpower Plan
• Ensuring documents submitted by candidates are accurate and complete such as application form, attested education qualification certificates, references, police clearance certificate, no-objection letter from sponsor and appropriate Governmental clearances.
• Coordinating with the new joiner and internal departments for onboarding related activities.
• Coordinate with the Immigration section for all Government related work.
• Coordinate with the Employee Relations section for all correspondence in relation with mobilization of new employees, new Secondee work orders and extensions etc. for updating in ERP.
• Coordinating with Agencies regarding new vacancies for Secondment, verifying monthly rate in work order, assessment of cv, provide a general analysis before submitting for approval if work order.
• Maintain and own updated record of secondees in Qatar Rail and provide any required reports.
• Established methodology for educational credential verification for Qatar Rail employees and carried out the exercise for about150 employees.
• Receive and manage information from Ministry of Labor(MOL) for Qatari candidates, conduct brief interview over phone and schedule interview with Recruitment Manager, maintain record and provide the feedback for MOL.
• Meeting new employee on first day of work, providing joining forms and efficiently ensuring his/her IT assets and GS arrangements have been made.
• Providing general administrative support to recruitment department.
• Drafting memos, emails, etc. in response to queries, complaints and requests for assistance.
• Arranging and scheduling interviews - room booking; candidates; hiring managers.
• Creating and posting job requisitions, creating candidates etc on Taleo software.
• Assist in preparation of management information monthly and updating of Secondee.
• Employee orientation and creating new employee files.
