1- Studying of the new products from viewpoint of (Design, Calculation and engineering details) according to the international standards as DIN, JIS AND SAE …etc.
2- Selecting and matching the main power train components (Engine, Transmission, Propeller shaft, Axle and Clutch) from different companies to arrive the optimum solutions from viewpoint of the technical specifications and costs as the possible afforded.
3- Responsible of determining the general specifications for the automotive systems as the following:
- Designing and selecting the components of power steering systems as (brackets, links, hoses, pipes and connectors).
- Designing, selecting and calculating the Gear shift systems.
- Selecting the components of Braking systems as (hoses, pipes, connectors and valves).
4- Responsible of testing the prototype as (Braking test, Steering test, Vehicle performances test and instruments ….etc (.
5- Responsible of preparations of Parts list, Drawings and Technical documentations for series of products.
