Registering of internal and external documents.
Processing of Document, supports and valves fabrication and installation progress into project
Progress database for all subcontractors (IEMSA, HAS & Petrojet).
Filing all documents for meetings, test Packages, CVI’s, invoices, vendors & P&ID. Ensure that the latest revision and approval status of drawings is kept updated continuously.
Expedite responses to transmittals sent for review/comment.
Filing punch lists & mechanical completion documents.
Sending of Drawing Transmittals and Submittals to sub-contractors.
Filing and archiving of documentation to facilitate easy retrieval at a later date.
Submit all the reports weekly for my manager about the subcontractors, distribution the test packages and organization all the meetings
the last Result in the final year was 80 percent - Very Good
