Providing Architectural Design Consultancy for Building Design and Interior Design.
Monitors effective coordination of the architectural finish works according to scope of the project. Ensures the material approvals (MAR procedures) and compliances, proposes alternative materials/systems to improve the design, installation, future maintenance and construction cost. Supports the procurement team for the material and subcontractors` contracts, contributes to bidders` clarifications and provides the required technical inputs and performance characteristics for the architectural finish material selection. Follows the stations activities to ensure that site work meets the program dates and milestones, maintains the correctness, completeness and the compliance of the installations as per the client`s requirements. Contributes to the design requirements to be fulfilled and incorporated with the technical submissions. Reviews the updated project documents (programs, project design drawings, BOQ etc.). Resolves the conflicts between Civil, MEP and other signalization network. Attends to meetings with Consultants, Subcontractors and Client. Contributes for optimization the approved architectural detailed design as per the project requirements, the technical and value engineering aspects. Monitors shop drawing production, distribution and the approvals. Incorporates the changes requested by the Client during the construction and issues the approved amended drawings and documents. Collaborates with QAQC, HSSE and Environment Sustainability.
Ensured the functionality, technical quality and the aesthetics of the existing or new buildings and all outdoor spaces. Initiated, managed and monitored the design, issued the procedures and the construction processes for the refurbishment and repair work of the existing buildings. Reviewed and approved the contractor`s performance. Participated the new buildings work with Katara Project Entity. Provided assistance to the event organizations.
