• Organize and implement recruitment process, screening, interviews, correcting test, selecting and inductions.
• Conducting training of community groups (adult, children).
• Build and maintain good relationship with communities within Za’atari Camp and solving day to day issues and problems of camp- based activities.
• Conducting data collection and analysis related to public health indicators which contribute in timely and quality reporting on wash activities.
• Conducting focus group discussions to collect a qualitative information from community.
• Supervising IBVs and following up their daily tasks.
• Responsible for overseeing Cash workers and their attendance.
• Supervise the attendance of labourers, Prepare the attendance sheets, leave requests, weekly payments.
• Implemented effective NRC policies to ensure all practices are in compliance with labour and employment regulations.
• Participate in Recruitment process and in conducting Interviews for CFW labourers.
• Participate in the induction process of new and transferring labourers.
• Registration of labourers' attendance on the GIZ system and add the new labourers
• Directly manage labourer’s tasks within the site and monitor their work.
• Reporting referral cases to the concerned department
• Resolves conflicts that may arise with CFW labourers concerning payment, performance, working hours, on-site services, or any other issues that may arise.
I worked as community mobilizer At Action Against Hunger and have these responsibility:
- Organize home visits and visits to the community
-- Participate in preparing training modules for the promotion of hygiene and water management
-Participate in developing teaching tools adapted to different audiences
some of my responsibilities as a Hygiene promoter in Action Against Hunger at rwayshed base included :
•Organize home visits and visits to the community to identify shortcomings in terms of hygiene and use of water.
•Participate in preparing training modules for the promotion of hygiene and water management.
• Participate in awareness session and developing teaching tools for water management and Hygiene.
• Supervisor for the youth committee, and responsible for its activities.
• Act as a support member for the department as requested.
• Team leader for PSS activities, like Mother and child, Girls thoughts and Morning coffee.
• Instructor for the “Enjoy learning” activity children.
• Participate in Coordination events with the Sports and events senior officer.
• Participate in home visits with outreach.
• Support referral department.
-Teaching English Language as volunteer in Collateral Repair Project (CRP) for refugees and for people who cannot follow school.
-Participate in home visits.
- Supervisor for the girls scout.
- Participate in distribution for refugees.
