Performance/ On-boarding
• Manage and support staff on probationary period. Monitor their progress and submit probation evaluation
reports in conjunction with line manager for decision making.
• Review employee performance objectives to assure they follow the SMART scheme in being specific,
measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound.
• Re-worked the new joiner’s induction program to include a detailed organizational tour, introductory
presentation, and IT self-service usage demonstration.
Employee Affairs
• Manage the overall Employee Health Insurance portal.
• Coordinate the payroll process using Microsoft GP to make sure that the payroll activities are consistent,
accurate, and up-to-date.
• Organize and supervise organizational wide activities by coordinating with external suppliers to provide
customized engagement activities.
• Handle Employee exit formalities; calculate end of service benefits, conduct exit interview, submit the handover
document to employees, and finalize the clearance dues.
Training & Development
• Identify organizational training needs through performing training needs analysis. Layout training schedules and
measure the training effectiveness.
• Negotiate & liaise with vendors to attain customized, cost saving SLAs and quotations.
Recruitment
• Organized social recruitment events, Forums, Career fair like: career days in HCT and Zayed University in Dubai.
• Managed the initial hiring cycle from resume screening, performing phone interviews, and scheduling
interviews.
Other HR Tasks
• Redesigned the Employee Affairs section’s overall processes and procedures.
• Assigned to handle other HR tasks such as HR policies, disciplinary instructions, code of conduct, and benefits
package.
