Position :Customer service agent
•Duties: Follow up the applicant's needs and answer any inquiry.
•Responsible of the Premium (VIP) appointments
•Follow-up with Italian Embassy's, French consulate customers and follow-up special cases.
•Deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone service to applicants, understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
•Handle applicant feedback and complaints of the main mailing system and inform applicants on completion of their requests.
•Confer with customers in person in order to provide information about visas and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
•Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer's problems.
•Recommend improvements in services, and procedures in order to prevent future problems.
