• Campaign planning and performance analysis: Set targets for global campaigns, and monitored campaign
performance, as well as highlighted success stories per campaign for future learnings
Scheduling: optimisation of flight timings and delay reports
• Gathered business requirements to develop highly complex, hard-coded applications using VB.NET supporting
business needs; this led to huge cost savings on add-on purchase. These included:
o Calculate connectivity between flights and generate databases based on search parameters
o Data sorting of flight components to establish an easy-to-navigate, linked trip details database
o Route-building database to establish the point of departure and the point of arrival
• Conducted station suspension studies to identify network level losses at times of crisis
