I volunteered to worke in summer time as a mystery shopper at Ethos Consultancy for approximately two months. I was calling deffirent companies to ask questtions regardind to improve customer service. I did that to enlarg my skills and to gain some experiance in my future employment.
I studied English Language and Translation at Ittihad universit in Ras Al Khaimah. I copmleted my Bachelor's degree in three years and a half. I learnt to translate many different types of translation, i translated from both, English to Arabid and Arabic to Engkish, such as: Scientific translation, journalistic translation, story type translation, medical translation, newspaper reports and many others.
