With Baytuki, I hold the position of Customer Relations Executive.
I am responsible for the following:
Building & maintaining profitable relationships with customers (investors).
Understand customer needs and address them.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Hold client’s portfolios & maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Monitor investor's digital wallet and dashboard by processing transaction requests.
Remotely assist investors with their online investment journey efficiently and effectively.
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
Collaborate with different supportive business organizations.
Forward upselling & cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
Work cross-functionally with the legal team, website developers, senior management, and operations to provide a customer-focused journey.
Perform the day-to-day operations of the exhibition.
Manage calendar for the executive director, drafting, and producing correspondence, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Function as an internal contact for facilities.
Help in achieving & exceeding sales revenue targets in accordance with the sales plan.
Travel for the site preparation and related tasks.
In KLM - Korean Lebanese Membership, I worked to facilitate communication between the Korean soldiers and the local Lebanese people, guided the soldiers on market walks & historical trips, and showed them around the country, taught them both English and Arabic languages, taught them about the Lebanese culture. In return, I received an education in the Korean language & culture and visited places in Korea. After my long experience with KLM, I was held responsible for all the teaching classes: English, Arabic, French and Korean. I was chosen to be the teaching focal point. I managed the classes and supervise more than 15 teachers and more than 150 students. As KLM was growing, I was given the opportunity to serve as the vice president of the community. I attended board meetings, communicated with parties, kept the documents of KLM, solved sudden problems, and attended events on behalf of KLM to proactively approach and handle the situations.
Ensure that all operational functions of local events are carried out properly and effectively.
Handle administrative assistance.
Conduct invitation follow-up and publicity reporting.
Connect people with public service providers.

Participate in on-the-job training with several departments, including human resources, payroll, accounting, and executive support.
correcting and editing insurance claim forms, reviewing payments records, completing insurance claim forms, responding to questions from physicians, insurance companies, patients, and government representatives, and reviewing bills, charges, and other data for accuracy
