Major responsibilities:
* Facilitate recruiting and onboarding documentation procedures and following up on security clearance
applications.

Assist the HR Strategy Manager in the following but not limited to translating management guidelines into manpower
related action plans. Ensures that the plans/procedures are properly understood, followed by the coordinators/staff

Major responsibilities:

* Prepares analysis/summary for each case for appropriate action.
* Assists in the comprehensive job evaluation exercise as per Group job evaluation plan and prepares the materials
needed for the evaluation committee.
* Process Staff Requisition, verifies the recommendations against the approved vacancies, budget and exercises
position control for allowed levels, Nationals placement and staff movement.
* Ensuring the reporting lines managers are up to date for all directorates in the company.
* Assist in yearly budgeting activities by coordinating with the Directorates in gathering the required data.
* Highlights significant observations and suggests appropriate actions within company guidelines with the other
departments along with the customer’s representatives.
