LABORATORY WORK, IR SPECTRUM AND ANALYZING SAMPLES FOR FOOD ADULTERATION
• Collecting food samples from both Lebanon and UK
• Preparing the samples and standards then analyzing them using FTIR spectrometer
• Plotting the FTIR spectra using excel
• Comparing the obtained spectra and calculating the statistical data
• Interpreting the results and deducing whether or not the foodsamples were adulterated
LABORATORY WORK, VISIBLE SPECTRUM FLUORESCENCE AND ANALYZING SAMPLES
• Preparing lipid samples and analyzing them using a fluorometer
• Collecting the data acquired, plotting graphs, and writing reports
• Deducing the effect of temperature and pH on the samples according the to their florescence spectrum
