-Reviewing all the company's expenses, invoices and issuance of cheque to settle monthly payments.
-Submitting of monthly insurance reports- claims payment, denials and unpaid claims to General Manager.
-Day to day checking of payments received from each insurance companies.
-Coordinating with Daman, Thiqa, NAS, Neuron, Nextcare and Axa for the approval of the requested treatments.
-Sending of request for the treatments of the patient with correct attachments to each affiliated insurances through the company's reliable system, DOK32.
-Reviewing all the information indicated in the approval for claim submission before sending it to each insurance house.
-Responsible for evaluating and validating the insurance information to verify claims and process the necessary claims and resolutions for parties.
-Represent the company for the yearly Jawda Audit.
-Attends to patient's complaint regarding the approval status.
-Arranging the schedules of the Head Doctor.
- Checking and resubmitting the rejected claims.
-Daily checking of the pending request.
-Interact on daily basis with Doctors, Nurses, Receptionist and other healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy and completion of billing.
-Maintain strictest confidentiality: adheres to all insurance guidelines or regulations.
