Digital Account Executive - Client Service
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to effectively manage their needs and preferences.
- Interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in
person.
- Track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
- Manage digital elements including display advertising units, social media, website development, rich media development, digital video, ad words, mobile executions, and emerging digital technologies.
- Thoroughly understand the client’s business/brand, competitive environment, industry trends and overall marketing plans/goals
- Initiate work within the agency by briefing teams on project scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets; maintain workflow systems for tracking, financial overviews, etc.
- Consult with Creative, Project Management, Strategy & Planning and other internal teams to communicate client objectives and develop strategic solutions.
- Work with project managers to ensure that progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules, deadlines and budgets.
- Advanced understanding and experience in digital media and marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social, display, programmatic, analytics, content marketing, etc.)
- Search marketing, digital media, web design and development, content marketing, CRM and other digital marketing experience.
- Approve the Arabic copies related to website, social media and paid media done by the content team.
Sort and distribute incoming mails and faxes.
• Screen incoming calls and take the action immediately.
• Greets and directs visitors and employees.
• Prepare all kind of presentations, reports, letters and documents as needed.
• Organize and manage the meetings and note the meetings minutes.
• Organize and manage the appointments.
• Manage the employee’s files.
• Supervise the regular calculations and deductions, changes and adjustments to salaries and reimbursements to be able to manage on monthly basis the Payroll accuracy of all employees and ensure payroll completion before activation of salaries by Finance.
• Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records.
• Greets and directs visitors and employees, answers and screens phone calls. Administers the HR Helpdesk and all other HR corresponding documentation. Proactively provides solutions to general queries and information requests. Troubleshoots on information requests to ensure a professional and prompt response to employee queries/problems or issues.
• Maintains all HR documentation changes/amendments and updates. Advise employees as appropriate in order to resolve queries on same.
• Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records.
• Prepare all kind of letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Prepare monthly reports and semiannual reports.
• Manage the telephone switchboard; organize meetings and other administrative support.
• Supervise the regular calculations and deductions, changes and adjustments to salaries and reimbursements to be able to manage on monthly basis the Payroll accuracy of all employees and ensure payroll completion before activation of salaries by Finance.
• Sort and distribute incoming mails and faxes.
Internship for three months:
- Arrange the cv's into files
- Organizing employees files .
- Auditing of the attendance times of each employee and manage the staff leaves for each month.
- Prepare all kind of letters.
