- Supervision of GBV case management team and PSS team in Beqaa (5 GBV caseworkers, 4 PSS staff).
- Supervision and support for GBV case management team.
- Implementation of protection programing and protection-related grants Project management.
- Supervision of FPSS team: focused PSS on: engaging man for accountable practice (EMAP early marriage and Child labor.
- Provision of cash assistance for protection cases, supervision and part of cash panel.
- Held inter-agency case management meetings for high risk cases when needed.
- Provide regular and incremental trainings to build skills and knowledge on GBV case management.
- Conduct monthly review for open cases using case management supervision tool.
- Focal point of DRC with partners (Nabad for development) while leading the implementation of the agreed technical capacity building and coaching plan, in addition to supervising and monitoring the activity.
- Strengthening and empowerment of DRC protection partners
- Providing Technical Support to DRC partner on Child Protection:
- Providing Technical Guidance to the team on Child Protection, Psychosocial Support principles, PSS curriculum and Tools Kits.
- Supporting Partners to ensure the delivering of quality case management:
- Coaching and mentoring the case management team on child Protection case management in line with National SOP’s, Inter-agency SOP’S, and DRC case management SOP.
- Conducting Frequent Case audits.
- Conducting with the partnership team frequent service mapping for local organization in Beqaa area, conducting capacity assessment to the organization identified.
- Managing 2 projects sub agreement in Beqaa and for Beirut response after Beirut Blast.
- Preparing for new project cycle with Partners: project management tool, work plan, Capacity building plan, kick off meeting.
- Acting as Officer in Charge since March 2021 - till August 2021.
• Implementation of Gender - sensitive community levels protection activity - Community based protection:
• Establishment of community groups (Peer groups- Women Groups) - building their capacities regarding protection concerns - strengthening local capacity to self-identify and mitigate risks.
• Building the capacities of women on community- based leadership roles in the community through training and sessions under the community based holistic approach.
• Respond to the protection needs of the target populations, connecting and strengthening relationships between services providers, beneficiaries and local authorities.
• Protection monitoring:
• Conducting quarterly protection monitor, tracking protection incidence, Trends, through key information interview, Focused Group Discussion.
• Supporting in Protection research with Oxfam Policy team Exp: voices of Syrian refugees in Lebanon, Sponsorship Regulation and exploitation of refugees, Women and menstrual management.
• Partnership with GBV partners “KAFA” and legal organization “CLDH”: providing technical support, and maximize mutual learning.
• Monitoring and building the capacity of 60 Protection Focal point through training and daily follow up.
• Providing support to Oxfam program on safe programing and protection mainstreaming through capacity development and designing of activities.
• Oxfam Gender Referral Focal Point.
• Information dissemination of Protection Key messages.
• Supporting in Providing emergency cash assistant, providing emergency cash for transport for refugees to access services.
- Conducting Awareness session related to public health.
- Community engagement activities through the establishment of Women Groups, Children Group and building their capacities in regard of Public health in order to take the lead and disseminate the information to the community.
- Monitoring and management of 54 Community Health volunteers, supporting them with the needed information through trainings and information session and Regular Follow up.
- Registration and verification of the ITS’s.
- Preparation and distribution of Hygiene vouchers.
- Dissemination of Awareness session on Public health as a part of a medical mobile unit .
- Coordination with municipalities to conduct frequent campaign on different public health topic.

- Focused Child protection Psychosocial support session to children from 6-12, 12-17 in Arsal and central Beqaa area.
- The focal point of IRC for Syrian Volunteers: Recruitments of (140 volunteers), Distribution bank Cards, train the volunteers in central Beqaa and Arsal on children Protection: how to deal with children, conducting psychosocial activities.
- Monitor & evaluate 24 Field Associate (Monitoring & evaluation of the PSS activities in the IRC safe spaces Tents)
- Develop psychosocial activities (non-focused activities) and train the field associate to facilitate these activities in their ITS’s.
- Prepare and conduct activities to adolescent boy and girl (social activities, recreational activities, life skills) from July to September 2012 and from July to September 2013.
