Group audit for Fosroc Company around the world. Started as a group auditor since Sep 2016, audits were conducted for our operations in UK, Turkey, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Prepare the group audit agenda from Fosroc HSE standards.
Monitor and develop / deliver plans to meet all regulatory frameworks and Group policies and standards in the areas of HSE, including process safety
Review internal HSE policies and practices against these requirements to ensure they are current and appropriate; change existing, or develop new recommendations.

Validate root causes identified in incident investigations and discuss / correct with Opco HSE Responsible and prepare incident analysis.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Implement the HSE Improvement Plan & Training Plan and prepare the HSE plan along with GPM HSE expert every year.
- Have monthly meetings with Department Managers/General Manager to ensure progress at concerned areas.
- Prepare all monthly HSE reports and submit it to general manager and HSE expert.
- Coordinate and attend the monthly HSE committee meetings.
- Conduct incident investigations along with the concerned manager.
- Train employees from all departments and sections on relevant and applicable Group HSE Training Modules and assure that all employees are adequately trained.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Communicate and follow up on Group HSE standards with all departments.
- Train all employees on relevant and applicable Group HSE Training Modules.
- Prepare agenda for the monthly HSE Committee Meetings, take minutes, communicate the minutes and follow up actions.
- Maintain ISO14001 certification and follow up with all departments on ISO14001 requirements.
- Perform any other HSE duties as directed/required by senior management.
- Keep and maintain HSE records at all times (HSE toolbox registers, HSE induction sign form, Investigation reports, etc).
- Issue and update safety documentations related to the scope of work.
- Perform scheduled internal HSE inspections and audits.
- Enforce and ensure compliance to Permit to Work standards at all times and conduct risk assessments together with relevant department manager.
- Conduct HSE inspection (Safety walk) at all sections/locations on weekly bases, prepare findings report, communicate the report, follow up actions implementation and close actions.
- Update and follow up on rolling action plan.
- Observe Near Misses, influence the reporting by the concerned supervisor and assist in the implementation of the corrective actions.
- Evaluate fire drills performance and produce report.
- Ensure that all safety signs and posters are correctly located and all areas provided with proper information signage.
- Control the selection, purchase and issue PPE equipment and ensure the correct PPE are in use.
- Ensure timely report of all incidents.
- Receive USACs register from all concerned people and embed the same into action rolling list.
- Assist project team in investigation of all incidents, ensure all reports are submitted on timely manner, and follow up on actions.
- Carry out risk assessments and revise the Risk Assessments as required.
- Prepare safety walk rota, and follow up with concerned people.
- Hold weekly meeting with HSE Manager to discuss all related HSE issues.

-check the final product specification by doing some test like viscosity, PH, solid content and a lot of other test's to make sure that the product are acceptable to the customers.
-Prepare QC manual includes all the tests that apply to the final product and the tests that can be applied to the future which affect the quality of the product like glass temperature test.
-audit:for the production work in terms of the amount of material withdrawn from the warehouse and added to the reactor.
