• Training and Development:

 Responsible for coordinating with other HR functions, including training, performance management, and selection and recruitment to communicate and coordinate career and succession plans.
 Trains, motivates and develops reporting staff to ensure that own department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the Company.
 Responsible for utilizing and effectively implementing adopted HRMS tools and systems in own area of work to ensure data availability and proper management of activities.
 Responsible for putting the KPIs for each employee coordinating with each department’s manager.
 Responsible on the whole Performance Development Review for all Levant Area.
