•Manage more than 1000 accounts in Saudi Arabia
including emitters & disturbers.
•Technical support for internal departments.
•Send weekly and monthly report to my line manager
about the call centre staff performance.
•Reconcile, monitor and control CHEP equipment on
the customers' accounts via CHEP online system.
•Manage all the master data tasks and process them
via
Communicate with the engineers, store keepers to manage
the work orders issuance.
•Distribute the work among the document control team.
•Upload, approve, issue, and close work orders in the
system using oracle program.
•Develop and Send weekly reports to the Management
•Follow up the Projects status and Progress monitoring.
•Planning the work with my team.
