Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
business strategy
Ensure that the Human Resources team fulfils its role within the organisation on a day to
day basis.
Responsible for managing Human Resources team at an operational level.
Provide professional support and advice to all Line Managers in relation to Human
Resource issues.
Staff Recruitment and Selection: review and implement best practices in conjunction with
to meet the immediate and future staffing requirements of the organisation.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or
other issues.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure the administration of the terms of the Department of Health Superannuation
Scheme are implemented.
Review in conjunction with the Regional HR Manager & Saudi General Manager the
Standard Operating Procedures for the efficient and effective administration of the
Human Resources Department.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Manage the HRIS to meet the needs of the Organisation.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Responsible to working on saudization.
1- Enter all new hire on Oracle system
2- Preparing an Employment contract.
3- Preparing Employment Certificates.
4- Preparing a voucher such as advance salary, loan and monthly salary.
5- End of service for the employees who leave the company.
6- Time Keeper : working on attendance for all employees
