Job Description:
•Perform the orientation speech for the students and their guardians.
•Organizes the entry & exit for female students on a daily Basis.
•Making sure all students' using their ID cards upon entry &Exit.
•Sends SMS messages to the guardians upon entry & exit of campus through the system.
•Meeting parents and guardians to answer their questions.
•Checks on the student's records where the student does not carry the ID card through the official records.
•Investigate with student when they break university rules.
•Enters & updates guardian's telephone numbers, car plate's numbers for the Cars used by the students to drop them and pick them up on campus.
•Provides the required reports when needed on the student's records.
•Updates car registration data as well as any type of transportation picking up the student permanently. Alerts students on some of the improper conduct such as improper way of dressing.
•Issues clearance for the graduates & the students who leave the University or are suspended. Performs other duties as assigned.
