• Developed and Contextualized Gender and Safeguarding Staff Training Curriculum.
• Delivered Gender and Safeguarding Training to DOT Staff, DOT Partners, and 20 Knowledge Stations including Trainers from the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship at all the governorates in Jordan.

• Assisted the Project Manager in formulating and executing interventions across various donors, which involved tasks such as revising the work plan, overseeing consultants and subcontractors, coordinating event logistics, and handling various technical and administrative responsibilities.
• Supervised and coordinated field staff and ensured that tasks are assigned appropriately and completed effectively in accordance with the workplan.
• Designed and implemented an E-tracker to follow on the tracking response rates and engaging with stakeholders for follow-up. Collaborated in co-leading focus group discussions FGDs and key informant interviews KIIs for reporting and data collection.
• Provided support for both qualitative and quantitative data analysis across all data collection methods employed among the projects. This encompasses designing surveys, examining the data collected, and reporting on the projects’ findings and recommendations.
• Managed training budget and training schedules; tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within the allocated resources and timeframe.
• Supported and collaborated with the MEL unit at DOT by updating and designing evaluation forms for diverse projects and created a master activities tracker linked with Google Drive and shared it online with the related stakeholders and donors, to facilitate their work in capturing their project targets and key indicators.
• Producing progress reports which involve compiling participant data, analyzing youth achievement.
• Review partner deliverable to ensure both compliance with grant requirements and technical strength.
• Adapted teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.

• Conducted structured training workshops and subsequent CLA activities in addition of delivering coaching, mentoring, and classroom observations to enhance the skills and capacities of teachers in employing the RTP methodology for delivering play-based education classes.
