Support the operations of the business on behalf of the founder
and normal PA tasks for the founder.
• Facilitating the communications between the office of the CEO and the other departments to ensure the required tasks/actions are done/met.
• Arranging and scheduling appointments, conferences, and meetings as needed.
• Organizing corporate events, Gala dinners and group industry gatherings.
• Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Creating presentations, and board files for the Board meetings and AGM meetings.
• Rerecording minutes of meetings, ensuring appropriate formatting and details level are met.
• Preparing and monitoring the executive office annual budget.
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects requested by the CEO are delivered efficiently.
• Managing travel itineraries and coordinating the logistics for the CEO, EVC and the company’s guests.
• Submitting claims for travel expenses.
• Receiving visitors with emphasis on promoting positive corporate image in all transactions.
Logging all the correspondence, documents, drawings and reports for easy retrieval of information.
Coordinating between different project parties to ensure smooth running of operations at site.
Day to day uploading, downloading and scanning of e-correspondence, drawings, transmittals and other documents.
Converting drawings to various file formats and uploading them as required.
English / Arabic Translation.
