• Work as part of B2B (Business to Business) E2E (End to End) team in the DS-1 project side by side with the B2B Implementation Manager, where we cover all Classes of Business (Marine, Aviation, Lubricant and Commercial Fuel)
• Support my line manager and the B2B Implantation manager in the Downstream-One project
• Responsible for the minutes of the meetings, documentation and implementation of actions taken during the meeting, then follow up with the action holder and make sure to close it before due date
• Work closely with General Managers, Credit Managers, Key Account Managers, Change & Engage Agents and the LIM’s for each CoB, for any International business changes or support needed

• Support in Dry Run session before any testing’s we have, where we make sure that each CoB are prepared before going ahead with the testing
• Responsible in general, for supporting, coordinating and executing work with various corporate business units for new initiatives, projects and workflows when required and supporting in delivering information that have direct, significant business impact between internal and remote cross-functional teams
• Work collaboratively with other business units and cross functional peers to meet deadlines and provide B2B/E2E integration support across the organization for successful business operations
