- Train and prepare department employees for the needed tasks
- Responsible for creating weekly, monthly and annual reports; including
i. Public relations duties expenses
ii. Complementary expenses tracking
iii. Guest accommodation data

- Setting up interviews
- Selecting applicants with high potential suitable for the job
- Responsible for creating filing systems for following up the agency documentations (policies, employees)
- Agency workforce managing and planning
- Managing employees affairs (Compensation, benefits, attendance, payroll, performance)
