Lead Plant S&OP process, balancing stocks to minimize peak and enhance plant’s capacity analysis driving Productivity improvements. Take consideration of exceptional challenges to the plant Oracle implementation, 2 shift strategies etc. Drive Introduction of New Products for the Schweppes range, support Supply Point Shifts, acquisitions, distribution changes, supply chain initiatives, ensuring continuity of supply. Drive customer engagement, enhancing collaboration between customer and CPS to enhance supply chain value. Supporting 100 customers in 80 countries on all continents across in 10 time zone. Drive optimization of transport engaging with freight suppliers to achieve cost, route and security benefits for 2, 500 tones of Hazardous Materials. Assure on time delivery of > 2000 deliveries to 120 ship-to destinations in compliance with TCCC, local and international regulations, IATA IMDG etc. Support CPSI, and 3 plant initiatives engaging routinely with logistics management teams to achieve optimum utilization of resources in all Plant. Key initiatives supported to date TPCR Team - alignment of CS, Planning, VS and Traffic teams across Ireland maintaining ‘one face to the customer’ while exploiting synergies, eliminating duplication and sharing best practice across teams Manufacturing Strategy Team - plotting 3 plant resource and capabilities to maximize asset utilization and determine best fit for volume load across CPSI
