I have over 25 years of experience in education and am a results-driven, driven professional with a special combination of creativity, knowledge of quality management, and leadership abilities. As an art teacher, I sparked young minds and imaginations back in 1998, when my journey really got started. In an effort to increase my influence, I studied for a Master's in Quality Management at the University of Wollongong in Dubai in 2013. This gave me the skills and information I needed to promote operational excellence.
I'm currently honing my leadership skills even more at RB College by enrolling in a doctoral program in strategic management and leadership practice. My Ministry of Education trainer certification demonstrates my commitment to efficient knowledge transfer and development, which is indicative of my ongoing commitment to learning.
