Quality Assurance/Quality Control Electrical Engineer

1. Conduct site inspection and ensure all electrical installation must comply with the design specifications, as per drawings and as per applicable standard.
2. Coordinate and prepare various documents such as test, inspection reports, Entry permits, safety approval prior to implementation of work.
3. Assist and coordinate with the sub-contractor, Supervisor staff to plan co-ordination and control work activities in accordance with approved drawing work method / inspection & specification requirement etc.
4. Verification of Inspection Readiness before issuing Request for Inspection (RFI).
5. Keeping the files/Inspection Records always updated.
6. Initiate Non-Conformance Report (NCR) or Site Observation Report (SOR) as required in consultation.
7. Follow-up for corrective and preventive action of issued NCR/SOR and verification of effectiveness of the same.
8. Verification of supplied materials as per the approved material submittal.
9. Supervise the work as per project specifications and relevant standards.
10. Prepare Method Statement (MST), Check list and Inspection Test Plan.
11. Ensure operational documents such as shop drawings, MST at Site are up-to-date and approved.
12. Supervise group of engineer and draftsmen for the underground tunnel construction project.
13. Review and updates engineering estimating data, costing parameter and drafting standard.
14. Assist in the preparation of work plans, schedules, budgets, manning requirements and progress reporting.
15. Review and comments on engineering drawings, documents and reports.
16. Conduct field investigation and dimensional checking.
17. Operation and maintenance of grid station, Transformers, protection relays, timers, Switch Gears, Panel Boards, Circuit Breakers, HT & LT transmission lines and electrical equipment, Electrical motors A/C & D/C, Industrial trouble shooting & wiring .

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Electrical Engineer
 Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan
 Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site in-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
 Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
 Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
 Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.
