 Enabling study, evaluation and integration/validation of all Bouygues Gateways mainly Wi-Fi Service.
 Overseeing the integration and validation process of Gateway’s Wi-Fi service.
 Steering progress of tests including validation of suppliers’ — Celeno, BCM, SAGEM, Quantenna and Sumsung — deliverables, performing end-to-end tests, reviewing qualification of anomalies and providing approval for going to live network.
 Responsible for weekly and accurate reporting of projects status.
 Developing apposite policies and strategies of test setups on different projects managed within Gateway’s services.
 Devising specifications pertaining to new features and requirements as per supplier’s offers.
 Attaining network performance objective while ensuring alignment of KPI with agreed SLA limits.
 Accountable for verifying and ascertaining compliance of Wi-Fi service with WFA needs (Wi-Fi Alliance).
 Undertook appropriate investigation by enquiring with service supplier on various defects encountered during the integration phase.
 Effectively liaising with other engineering/development teams to meet contractual commitment of suppliers.
 Enabled realisation of Wi-Fi benchmark in different environments within each new software or patch delivery.
 Ascertained validation of Gateways 3P services (Internet, VOIP and TV)
 Providing Level 3 support to customers as and when production problems/issues arise.

Project : QoS garanties For WiFi Networks
Responsabilities and tasks:
- Design and implementation of new contention methods at the MAC Layer (TCF instead of standard IEEE 802.11 DCF) responding to the constraints of time applications (voice and video) and adapted to a large number of competing stations.

ANR project dealing the QoS in Mesh Networks + Assistant Professor in Telecom and Network sector
Responsabilities and tasks:
- Optimize policies of QoS management in scalable heterogeneous systems for video applications in Mesh Networks
- Establishment of protocols for service discovery with consideration of End User perception (QoE -aware )
- Training and supervising of engineers of Network and Telecom sector

Project POSEIDON : Develop the tools and concepts required to face to the increasing complexity of next generation networks that offers wireless Internet services.
Responsabilities and tasks:
- Experimental research on future wireless broadband communication systems and the evolution of GSM and UMTS, where about 100 users has validated the prototypes of product and services that make use of the broadband wireless networks : WiMAX and LTE (802.16e and 802.16m standard)
- POSEIDON provided a unique testbed for experiments and measurements of wireless broadband (OFDM + IP)

Project : CARRIOCAS (High Bit Rate Optical Networks for Simulation of Complex Systems)
Responsabilities and tasks:
- Research, design and implement an ultra-high bit rate network reconfigurable according to grid applications connectivity requirements
- Specify new business models of services integrating IT access and connectivity
- CARRIOCAS brought unprecedented capabilities and performance for collaborative numerical design of complex systems and opened new possibilities of value added-services associating computing and communication ressources.

Project CMCU, Code 08G1139, EGIDE
Responsabilities and tasks:
- Implementation of Cross Layer approaches for quality of service in the AdHoc networks and the development of embedded software radio solution
- Managing a team of two Phd students working on this project

Project : Gator Smart House for Old person
Responsabilities and tasks:
- Performance evaluation and testing/deployment of services discovery protocols for ad hoc networks, within the « The Gator Tech Smart House » consisting of platform to implement, test and validate various systems and human centered applications
- Participation in conducting research and development activities designed to assist older persons and individuals with special needs in maximizing independence and maintaining a high quality of life.
