• Responsible for handling all Events & Services operations tasks, rendering assistance on events to the internal and external clients at the ZUCC venue, and collaboratively functioning with a government and private clients.
• Handle daily operations such as budgeting, invoicing, and negotiating with vendors.
• Ensure health and safety across all the events.
• Formulate and revise all the policy and procedure of the units.
• Managed inquiries received and responded to all issue and closed it.

• Organized and steered health & safety annual events by approaching different government entities for participation and sponsorship.
