* Making daily reports with the previous processes .
Commercial Team Member as a Tel-Marketing, from 1-12-2014 till now : To Start the first step in the contracts with the big companies to be clients for wasla, generate data and make the data base, and making daily reports for my direct manager with the results .
Act as a team leader for a team that contained from 4 agents for about 6 months : sending daily, weekly and monthly reports for the direct manager .
