Monitor automatic process control systems and make manual adjustments when required, to maintain product quality targets ensuring all instruments are properly maintained then Analyze final beverage and approve the batch card
Verify the CIP activities and conduct CIP chemical analysis if required, collect swab samples for microbiological analysis
Collect in-process and finished product samples for immediate analysis as per requirements, collect retention samples as per
requirement and Collect microbiological samples as per requirement
Ensure lab instruments are verified prior to use and Carry out sample analysis, following clear guidelines ensuring all batches /
products produced meet the standards as well as Immediately notify the QC Supervisor in case of any abnormalities.
Monitor in use raw and packaging materials and notify to RM / PM Quality personnel in case of any abnormalities observed.
Prepare product analysis, process monitoring and packaging materials monitoring reports timely and accurately.
Maintain lab equipment verification / calibration reports and Encode the parameters test results for Quality Indices calculation.
Ensure all relevant safety, food safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and controls are followed during processing,
filling, packaging, sampling and storage as well as monitoring GMP and GHK
Participate in 5s Implementation on site by Conducting all assigned 5S related activities.
