 Operations of the overall power plant including “Water demineralization plant”, “Cooling Water System”, “Steam generation system”, “Fuel treatment system”.
 Maintaining all computer generated data, readouts, instrumentation and gauges time to time for smoothening the plant operations.
 Issuing work request, equipment isolation and normalization, “lockout-tag out” with respect to the work permit.
 Issue of various permits like “hot work permit”, “cold work permit”, “confined space entry permit”, “LOTO form”
 Proactively participate and contribute to the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 programs.
 Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant electro mechanical equipment as required to support plant operation.
 Provide leadership and job coordination on critical repairs.
 Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance.
 Reviews the operation of plant equipment and system constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problem in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
 Maintain the plant mobile equipment.
 Maintain a clean and safe shop and plant environment.
 Train and develop other employees’ skill.
 Assist in the update of drawings and prints as changes are made.
 Maintains positive community relations.
