Outstanding knowledge of claims processing and medical terminology
Demonstrated capability of communicating to customer in a timely, polite manner
Substantial knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes and ICD-10

Build good working relationship.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to prospect for new business.
Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
