1.Develop productivity reports; to calculate & analyze efficiencies of major KPIs like Production Cost, Capacity Utilization, Equipment Performance (OEE), Material Wastages, and Direct Labor Performance etc.

9.Reduced operational cost by major design modification of final mixing for implementation of IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) use to replace bag filling system with effective cost saving solutions.
10.Participate with factory team on process improvements to drive operational excellence.

4.Lead projects to improve cost (Kaizen Projects), quality, delivery and safety of manufacturing processes.
