Project Achievements:
Successfully Tested and commissioned PARCO White Oil Pipe line Project
1. Plan, coordinate and resolve daily preventive maintenance activities during plant operation utilizing CMM system.
2. Prepare, plan and execute maintenance procedures for routine maintenance on Electrical machines and for scheduled plant minor and major overhaul / outage period.
3. Preparation of technical specification for contract works and under take technical supervision of contractors.
4. To order plant spares and set track stock level so as to avoid shortage of spares during major overhaul of the plant for increased plant availability
5. Preparation of budgetary proposals for assigned job
6. Responsible for Installation, Testing, Commissioning and trouble shooting of all Electrical equipments. (HV switchyard, Transformers, Generators, AC/DC drives, Protection Relays, MV/LV switchgears, Batteries, UPS etc)
7. Review and initiate Electrical design modifications for plant optimum performance.
8. Hands on experience of handling various Electrical Tools plant and equipment as listed below.
(a) Relay Secondary Injection Test equipment : Severker 760, Omicron and Pulsar
(b) Capacitance and Dissipation Factor CB100
(c) Battery Impedance Test and Ground Fault Locator Equipment.
(d) Cable Fault locator
(e) Circuit breaker Contact resistance Test Set.
(f)Transformer Winding Resistance Test Set.
